Pea Salad

Ingredients

20 oz bag baby peas

8 slices bacon, cut and cooked

¼ cup chopped green onion


dressing:

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonaise

2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

dill to taste

salt and pepper

Directions

Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients. Rinse peas in hot tap water to defrost, drain and chill. Mix all together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
